Discussion on Prevention and Control Methods of Infectious Disease Outbreak in Grassroots Health Centers
Primary-level health centers are in charge of infectious disease surveillance,epidemiological investiga-tion,population prevention and control,and are the first line of infectious disease prevention and control. This paper discusses the role and function of primary health centers in the prevention and control of infectious diseases,and the methods to improve their effectiveness in the prevention and control of epidemic diseases. It is suggested that strength-ening the training of medical staff in the prevention and control of infectious diseases is an important measure to im-prove the prevention and control ability. Primary health centers should increase the investment in prevention and con-trol materials and equipment,and set up infectious disease wards and isolation areas to control the spread of diseases. Introduce advanced scientific and technological means and high-tech equipment,improve the diagnosis and treatment process of infectious disease departments,establish special prevention and control institutions and leading organiza-tions,clarify the responsibilities of all parties,ensure the smooth implementation of work,and strengthen the compre-hensive strength of grass-roots health centers,including the ability of internal scientific research teams and the inte-gration and application of modern technical means.
