Discussion on the Management Method and Value of Health Human Resources in Public Health Emergencies
The role of health human resource management in crisis response,team building,system innovation and other aspects was analyzed,and the key role of health human resource management in improving the efficiency of emergency response,ensuring people's life safety and promoting the optimization of public health system was empha-sized. At the same time,it points out the shortcomings in the existing work,such as imperfect early warning system,unreasonable resource allocation and poor information communication,and puts forward effective measures such as building emergency system,strengthening talent echelon,optimizing resource allocation and building lifelong educa-tion system,so as to promote the scientific and professional development of health human resource management.
