Data Analysis and Progress in Prevention of Mother-to-child Transmission of AIDS,Syphilis and Hepatitis B in Xishui County from 2021 to 2023
Objective The data of prevention of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B in Xi-shui County from 2021 to 2023 were analyzed to provide basis for corresponding prevention and control. Methods The data of HIV/AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B detection,infection status of maternal in Xishui County during 2021-2023 were collected. The implementation of comprehensive intervention services for infected pregnant women and their chil-dren was analyzed,and the key indicators were analyzed by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Results From 2021 to 2023,there were 6189 parturients in Xishui County,and the counseling and testing rates of AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B antibody were all 100.00%. From 2021 to 2023,the detection rates of "three diseases" during pregnancy were 97.72%(1889/1933),97.98%(1945/1985) and 98.11%(1889/2271),respectively,increasing year by year. The positive rate of pregnant women infected with AIDS in Xishui County from 2021 to 2023 were all low,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The positive detection rate of pregnant women infected with syphilis and the positive detection rate of pregnant women infected with hepatitis B showed an overall downward trend,and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). Conclusion It has achieved remarkable effect in Xishui County during 2021-2023 by implementing comprehensive measures to prevent mother-to-child transmission of AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B. The detection rate,treatment rate and success rate of mother-to-child blocking of related diseases have been significantly improved,and the mother-to-child transmission rate has been effectively re-duced.
