Practice Exploration and Thinking on Improving Fine Operation Management in A Hospital
This paper takes Hospital A as a case,in-depth analysis and summary of its specific measures and practi-cal experience in operation management optimization. By establishing A scientific and reasonable operation manage-ment organization structure,effectively integrating and optimizing the resource allocation system of the value chain,building an operation management information data platform,and establishing a sound operation evaluation system,Hospital A has achieved a significant improvement in operation management efficiency. At the same time,the prob-lems existing in the operation management of Hospital A were deeply discussed,aiming at providing practical refer-ence for the operation management improvement of public hospitals.
