This paper expounds the current situation of the implementation of the combination of medical care and old-age care services in Guangxi Rehabilitation Hospital,summarizes the development process of the implementation of the combination of medical care and old-age care services in Guangxi Rehabilitation Hospital,and analyzes the op-eration of A Hospital in Beihai City. It summarizes the difficulties in the implementation of the combination of medical care and old-age care services in Guangxi special care hospitals,that is,the rehabilitation hospitals lack the impetus and institutional support,the medical care contract cooperation mechanism is not yet perfect,lack of financial support,and lack of professional talents. The following suggestions are put forward:optimizing the selection path,improving the signing of medical and nursing contracts,improving the cooperation mechanism,strengthening financial security,expanding the scale of operation,focusing on personnel training,and improving the incentive mechanism.
