Based on the current situation of local hospital teaching,this paper analyzes the common problems of local hospital teaching from the aspects of education and teaching management,supervision team,teaching staff,students and basic guarantee based on the two undergraduate teaching sections of undergraduate teaching and clinical practice teaching. Combined with the characteristics of clinical teachers and contemporary students,this paper puts forward some countermeasures with pertinence and feasibility in the field of hospital teaching management.
