摘要

微格教学法不仅用于教师技能培训还广泛应用于体育教育、医学教育等领域.本文旨在讨论"微格+尝试"教学法在临床教学中理论课和见习课的课程设计,经过一轮的教学实践,结果发现"微格+尝试"教学法有助于提高学生的实践能力和提高教学效率."微格+尝试"教学法应在个性化教学设计、专业评估体系和复合式教学模式方面进行拓展,以进一步提高学生对理论学习的积极性、操作技能水平和岗位胜任力,促进学生临床应变能力和解决问题能力的培养.

Abstract

Microteaching method is not only used in teacher skill training,but also widely used in physical education,medical education and other fields. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the course design of the theory course and the internship course in clinical teaching. After a round of teaching practice,it is found that the teaching method is helpful to improve students' practical ability and teaching efficiency. The "micro+trial" teaching method should be ex-panded in the aspects of personalized teaching design,professional evaluation system and compound teaching mode,so as to further improve students' enthusiasm for theoretical learning,operational skills and post competence,and promote the cultivation of students' clinical adaptability and problem-solving ability.
