Discussion on the Current Situation and Teaching Management of Continuing Medical Education in Hospital under the New Situation
With the rapid development of medical science and technology,medical technology innovation,hospital continuing medical education in the hospital,under the new situation,the hospital continuing medical education man-agement faces many problems,such as the continuing medical education seriously insufficient,management system is not sound,teachers strength weak,curriculum is not reasonable. This paper analyzed the relevant problems of continu-ing medical education in hospital,and put forward corresponding strategies,such as improving the degree of attention,improving the management system,strengthening the construction of teachers,optimizing the curriculum design,and strengthening the exchange of interdisciplinary cooperation. The purpose of the research is to improve the management system of continuing medical education in hospital.
