In order to meet the growing demand for material in hospital and adapt to the intelligent hospital construc-tion,accelerating the fullcycle informatisation construction of bidding and procurement is an urgent requirement for strengthening intelligent management of hospital and promoting high-quality development of hospital.Based on the theoretical perspective of"fullcycle management",analyzing the problems of traditional bidding and procurement,through the integration and optimization of traditional bidding and procurement processes,with the help of information technology,exploring the construction of a PDCA closed-loop management system with a clear process specification,data connectivity and interoperability,high efficiency,and the realization of the whole process of internal control man-agement and full-process trace supervision.The aim is to provide experience reference for the construction of bidding and procurement refinement and informationisation process.
