摘要
目的 探讨医防融合模式在医院管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年12月—2024年8月无锡市滨湖区河埒街道社区卫生健康服务中心医务人员共20名,其中2023年12月—2024年4月实施常规管理模式,为管理前;2024年5-8月实施医防融合模式,为管理后.比较两组工作情况、居民信息掌握程度、医疗服务水平、满意度.结果 管理后医务人员操作规范、仪表规范、行为规范、服务规范、环境规范评分较管理前更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);管理后居民疾病类型、发病病因、生活习惯、健康需求掌握程度较管理前更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);管理后服务综合性、服务协调性、服务深度、服务连续性评分较管理前更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);管理后医务人员满意度为100.00%(20/20),较管理前的65.00%(13/20)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.234,P<0.05).结论 医防融合模式应用于医院管理工作中,能够提升医务人员工作质量,提高对社区居民健康信息掌握程度,调整医防服务融合度,医务人员满意度更高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the medical prevention integration model in hospital man-agement.Methods A total of twenty medical staff from Binhu District Helie Street Community Health Service Center of Wuxi from December 2023 to August 2024 were selected.The conventional management mode was implemented from December 2023 to April 2024 before management,and the medical prevention integration model was imple-mented from May to August 2024 after management.The work situation,residents'information mastery,medical ser-vice level,and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results In comparison of the before management,the medi-cal staff's operational norms,instrument norms,behavior norms,service norms,and environmental norms scores after management were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The residents'understanding of disease types,causes,lifestyle habits,and health needs scores were higher,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The service comprehensiveness,service coordination,service depth,and service continuity after management scores were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of medi-cal staff after management was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 65.00%(13/20)before management,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.234,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the medical prevention inte-gration model in hospital management can improve the quality of medical staff's work,enhance their understanding of community residents'health information,adjust the integration of medical and prevention services,and increase the satisfaction of medical staff.
