Objective To probe into the influence of team-driven management system on nurses'professional iden-tity.Methods A total of thirteen nurses who served in Changchun Central Hospital from June 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects.From June 2022 to June 2023,they received routine management(n=13,conventional group).From July 2023 to July 2024,they received team-driven management system(n=13,observation group).The professional identity,job burnout and professional benefit of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of professional identity in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of job burnout including depersonalization,emotional ex-haustion and personal accomplishment in the observation group were 9.78±1.06,10.02±1.03 and 43.16±1.03,which were better than 11.04±1.05,11.14±1.02 and 42.02±1.05 in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.045,2.786,2.795,all P<0.05).The occupational benefit score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Team-driven management system can improve nurses'professional identity and professional benefit,and reduce job burnout.
