摘要
目的 分析以问题为基础的学习(problem based learning,PBL)的教学模式在妇产科临床带教中应用效果分析.方法 选取2022年9月—2024年7月达州职业技术学院的200名妇产科专业医学生为研究对象,根据不同教学模式分为两组,各100名.2022年9月—2023年7月实施常规教学,设为常规组;2023年8月—2024年7月实施PBL教学模式,设为研究组.比较两组医学生考核成绩、专业能力以及对教学模式的满意情况.结果 研究组理论考核成绩(93.36±1.34)分高于常规组(89.63±1.25)分,实践技能考核成绩(94.11±1.38)分高于常规组(90.12±1.42)分,差异有统计学意义(t=20.355、20.150,P均<0.05).研究组沟通能力、技术操作能力、问题分析能力、问题解决能力、独立思考能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组对教学模式的满意评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 PBL教学模式在妇产科临床带教中的应用效果较好,具有较高借鉴价值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of problem based learning(PBL)teaching mode in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From September 2022 to July 2024,200 medical students majoring in obstetrics and gynecology in Dazhou Vocational and Technical College were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different teaching modes,100 in each group.From September 2022 to July 2023,the routine teaching was implemented and set as the conventional group;from August 2023 to July 2024,PBL teaching mode was implemented as a study group.The examination results,professional ability and satisfaction with the teaching mode of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results The theoretical assessment score of the study group was 93.36±1.34,which was higher than 89.63±1.25 of the conventional group,the practical skills as-sessment score was 94.11±1.38,which was higher than 90.12±1.42 of the conventional group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(t=20.355,20.150,both P<0.05).The scores of communication ability,technical operation ability,problem analysis ability,problem solving ability and independent thinking ability in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the teaching mode in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of obstet-rics and gynecology is good,and it has high reference value.
