摘要

目的 讨论消毒供应中心工作人员工作流程优化对医疗器械消毒质量的影响.方法 选取2024年1-6月山东第一医科大学附属肿瘤医院消毒供应中心32名工作人员实施常规工作流程措施,设为对照组,并选取同期100份消毒样本作为观察主体;选取2024年7-12月同一批工作人员实施工作流程优化措施,设为研究组,并选取同期100份消毒样本作为观察主体.评价两组目测法与ATP生物荧光检测法下器械清洗消毒合格率、科室反馈器械问题发生情况与工作人员工作质量评价.结果 研究组目测法与ATP生物荧光检测法下器械清洗消毒合格率分别为100%(100/100)、99%(99/100),均高于对照组的92%(92/100)与90%(90/100),差异均有统计学意义(χ2=6.156;P=0.011,0.013).研究组科室反馈各器械清洗问题发生情况均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组的专业素养、工作技术、工作态度、自我防护评分分别为(2.42±0.32)分、(2.36±0.37)分、(2.41±0.32)分与(2.46±0.33)分,均高于对照组的(1.95±0.30)分、(2.12±0.38)分、(2.10±0.32)分、(2.20±0.31)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.061,2.559,3.875,3.248;P均<0.05).结论 消毒供应中心工作人员工作流程优化对医疗器械有良好的清洗消毒合格率、减少科室反馈器械问题概率,且可提升工作人员工作质量.

Abstract

Objective To discuss the impact of workflow optimization for staff in the sterilization supply center on the sterilization quality of medical devices.Methods A total of thirty-two staff members in the Sterilization Supply Center of the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Shandong First Medical University were selected to implement routine workflow measures from January to June 2024,serving as the control group,and 100 sterilized samples from the same period were selected as the observation subjects.From July to December 2024,the same group of staff members implemented workflow optimization measures,serving as the research group,and 100 sterilized samples from the same period were selected as the observation subjects.The qualified rates of instrument cleaning and disinfection by visual inspection and ATP bioluminescence detection,the occurrence of instrument problems feedback by departments,and the evalua-tion of staff work quality were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of instrument cleaning and disinfection by visual inspection and ATP bioluminescence detection in the research group were 100%(100/100)and 99%(99/100),respectively,which were higher than 92%(92/100)and 90%(90/100)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ²=6.156;P=0.011,0.013).The average scores of various instrument clean-ing problems feedback by departments in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of professional quality,work technology,work attitude,and self-protection in the research group were 2.42±0.32,2.36±0.37,2.41±0.32,and 2.46±0.33 respectively,which were higher than 1.95±0.30,2.12±0.38,2.10±0.32,and 2.20±0.31 in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=6.061,2.559,3.875,3.248;all P<0.05).Conclusion Workflow optimization for staff in the steriliza-tion supply center can improve the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of medical devices,reduce the probabil-ity of instrument problems feedback by departments,and enhance the work quality of staff.
