Objective To explore the quality of working life and the relationship between turnover intention,and 322 nurses were selected as the research object. Methods Maturity scales was introduced and application of structural equation modeling analysis of the quality of life and the relationship between turnover and build the model. Results Quality of work life and job embeddedness, organizational commitment was positively related and negatively correlated with turnover intention; Organizational commitment and turnover intention had negative correlation; Job embeddedness and organizational commitment played partly mediating effect on quality of working life and turnover intention relationship. Conclusion The establishment of an integrated model of quality of working life ,job embeddedness,organizational commitment and turnover intention of the integrated model,through structural equation modeling.
