The Design and Implementation of Consolidated Staff Management Application System Based On RBAC
This article summarizes the common problems of staff management in hospital information system. The different forms of data maintenance in the HIS we used was analyzed and claasified. Put forward a scheme that can be widely used in the situation of multiple systems was proposed. And a set of data maintenance model which has strong adaptability was built up, which is conducive to the quality improvement of medical management.
