摘要
目的 对呈指数趋势增长的健康医疗数据进行合理的价值评估,充分释放健康医疗数据价值.方法 调研近年来数据定价的研究现状,探索构建基于多级数据要素市场体系的健康医疗数据定价机制.结果 推进形成大模型+大数据+大学科健康医疗数据要素化生态闭环.健康医疗数据要素化要经历资源化、资产化和资本化3个发展阶段,参考资本、土地等要素的多级市场体系,可构建基于多级健康医疗数据市场体系的数据价格机制.结论 推进构建适应我国国情和健康医疗行业现状的数据价格机制,有助于引导医疗资源合理配置、适应健康医疗行业发展转型.
Abstract
Objective Giving a reasonable value assessment of the fast-growing healthcare data,fully release the value of healthcare data.Methods This article investigates the research status of data pricing in recent years,explores the construction of a data pricing mechanism based on multi-level healthcare data market system.Results The process of the elementalization of healthcare data will promote the development of a"big model + big data + big subject"healthcare data elements social ecosystems.Referring to the multi-level market system of capital,land and other production factors,the health and medical data elements should go through three stages of development:resource,capital and capitalization.This paper explores the construction of a data pricing mechanism based on the multi-level healthcare data market system.Conclusion Promoting the construction of a reasonable data pricing mechanism is helpful to guide the rational allocation of medical resources and adapt to the development and transformation of the health care industry.
