摘要
目的 探讨公共卫生数字化转型模式及创新实践的积极作用.方法 以基本概念、政策导向和存在的问题为引导,探讨公共卫生数字化转型模型框架的设计思路.结果 构建了公共卫生数字化转型的"5横3纵"框架模式,阐述预防接种的数据驱动和数智化赋能实践结果,分别体现公共卫生数字化转型在政府端、业务端、公众端的价值和潜力.结论 公共卫生领域以数据驱动和智能化为核心的数字化转型,能够显著提高公共卫生供给质量、效率、可及性和公平性.
Abstract
Objective Discuss the positive role of public health digital transformation models and innovative practice.Methods Guided by basic concepts,policy orientation,and existing problems,we will explore the design ideas of public health digital transformation model framework.Results Establish the'5 horizontal and 3 vertical'framework mode of digital transformation of public health,and specifically explain the results of data-driven data driving and digital intelligence empowerment,which reflect the value and potential of government,business,and public end.Conclusion The digital transformation with data-driven and intelligence in the public health sector can significantly improve its quality,efficiency,accessibility,and fairness.
