摘要
目的 基于数字化技术构建智慧医养康服务一体化云平台,实现"医疗-养老-康复"相结合的服务模式落地应用.方法 利用分布式数据管理和数据安全传输技术,接入医养康机构和适老化数字产品等多源异构数据源,建立一个医养康资源湖;在资源湖基础上抽象管理数据、产品、服务和技术栈,以进一步搭建养老服务需求主动感知的应用中台.结果 初步形成了一种可行的医养康相结合的服务模式,实现了医疗、养老、康复服务资源的有效整合及优化,提高了服务质量和效率.结论 医养康服务一体化云平台及其关键技术的应用研究,有助于医养康服务一体化的新型养老服务模式落地和推广,为医养康资源链和产业链跨界服务的深度融合提供借鉴与启示.
Abstract
Objective Based on digital technology,a smart integrated cloud platform for medical-elderly-rehabilitation services is being constructed to facilitate the implementation of this model.Methods Utilize distributed data management and data secure transmission technology to access multi-source heterogeneous data sources such as medical-elderly-rehabilitation institutions and aging-suitable digital products to establish a medical-elderly-rehabilitation resource lake;abstractly manage data,products and services,and technology stack to further build an application platform that actively perceives the service needs of the elderly.Results A feasible service model that combines medical-elderly-rehabilitation has been initially developed,which effectively integrates and optimizes the resources of medical-elderly-rehabilitation services,thereby improving service quality and efficiency.Conclusion The application research on the integrated cloud platform for medical-elderly-rehabilitation services and its key technologies contributes to the implementation and promotion of a new elderly care service model.It also provides reference and inspiration for the in-depth integration of medical-elderly-rehabilitation resource chain and industrial chain in cross-border services.
