医院智慧药事服务新模式构建与应用

目的 运用新一代信息技术改变传统药学服务模式,助力医院药事服务数智化转型发展.方法 从智慧药房、智能审方平台、药学服务管理平台、"线上+线下"服务模式4个方面构建医院药事服务新模式.结果 基于新模式的药学服务体系,提高了药师的日常工作效率,门诊配药效率提高了2~3倍,同时规范了医师的用药行为,处方合格率上升到63.55%,住院医嘱不合格率下降到11.56%,为患者提供了更加精准的药学服务,改善了患者就医体验.结论 通过新一代信息技术,成功地推动了医院药事服务的数智化转型,提高了药学服务的质量和效率,为患者提供了更好的就医体验.
Construction and Application of a New Model for Intelligent Pharmaceutical Services in Hospitals
Objective Using new-generation information technology to change the traditional pharmaceutical service model and help the hospital pharmaceutical service transform and develop in a digitalized way.Methods A new model of hospital pharmaceutical services is constructed from four aspects:smart pharmacy,intelligent decision-making system,pharmaceutical service management platform,and"online + offline"service model.Results Based on the new model of pharmaceutical service system,the daily work efficiency of pharmacists has been improved,and the outpatient dispensing efficiency has increased by 2-3 times.At the same time,the medication behavior of physicians has been standardized,and the prescription qualification rate has increased to 63.55%,while the inpatient medical order unqualified rate has decreased to 11.56%.This has provided more accurate pharmaceutical services for patients and improved their medical experience.Conclusion Through the new generation of information technology,we have successfully promoted the digital transformation of hospital pharmaceutical services,improved the quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical services,and provided patients with a better medical experience.
