摘要
目的 聚焦医疗卫生数据处理过程中的关键问题,研究科学的数据处理方法与设计理念,保证数据处理全过程的数据质量.方法 通过文献查阅,提出数据处理各阶段应采用的方法要点,并以上海市医疗机构实验室检测数据为例,探索数据处理全过程的各个要点.结果 本研究提出的数据处理要点在数据汇聚、清洗、转换、再整理阶段有效保证了数据的准确性、完整性和一致性.结论 在数据处理过程中,应合理区分数据处理的各个阶段,保留各阶段数据集,并进行科学、严谨的数据质量控制,及时发现数据问题,为后续医疗卫生的研究应用及政策决策奠定基础.
Abstract
Objective Focus on the key issues in the medical and health data processing process,study scientific data processing methods and design concepts,and ensure the quality of data throughout the entire processing process.Methods Through literature review,proposed the key points which should be followed during each stage of data processing.And practice the data processing process using laboratory testing data from medical institutions in Shanghai as an example.Results The key points of data processing proposed in this study effectively ensure the accuracy,completeness,and consistency of data during the stages of data aggregation,cleaning,transformation,and reorganization.Conclusion In the data processing process,it is necessary to distinguish each stage reasonably,retain the dataset of each stage,conduct scientific and rigorous data quality control,discover data problems in a timely manner,and lay a foundation for subsequent medical and health research applications and policy decisions.
