面向科研专病库的可视化前置数据采集系统建设探索与实践

目的 解决在基于临床数据中心构建专病库的过程中,由于数据字段频繁更新、手动补录工作量大导致的临床使用依从性不高的问题.方法 提出了一种可视化前置数据采集的解决方案,采用MVC三层架构和WebService服务同步数据,支持可视化自定义病例报告表单,将采集动作前置到业务系统中即采即用,保障数据及时性,定期进行质量控制,保证数据来源的准确性.结果 该方案在心内畸形和神母细胞瘤科研专病库上的应用显示,专病库数据质量和使用满意度得到显著提升,单份病例数据的整理时间从30分钟缩短到10分钟.结论 该方案可减轻临床医生的工作负担,加快数据积累进度,提高科研专病库数据质量,激发临床医生对专病研究的科研热情.
Exploration and Practice of Visible Pre-data Acquisition Solution for the Specialized Disease Database for Research and Development
Objective To address the issue of low compliance with actual use,which is caused by frequent updates of data fields and heavy workload for manual data registration in the process of constructing specialized disease databases based on Clinical Data Repository.Methods A visible pre-data acquisition solution was proposed for collecting data in specialized disease databases using a three-layered MVC architecture and WebService for synchronizing data.This scheme supports visually creating customized Case Report Forms and pre-loading collection actions into Hospital Information Systems to ensure timely data acquisition.Additionally,regular quality control will be conducted to ensure accurate data sources.Results The implementation of this scheme in the specialized databases of cardiac malformation and neuroblastoma demonstrated significant improvement in data quality and user satisfaction.The collation time for individual case data was reduced from 30 minutes to 10 minutes.Conclusion This solution can alleviate the workload of clinicians,expedite data accumulation,enhance disease database quality,and stimulate clinician enthusiasm for scientific research development.
