基于医院数据中心的监测指标集管理系统设计与应用

摘要
目的 满足医院日益复杂的内部运行监测需求和各级卫生健康行政部门的外部连续性监测要求.方法 医院管理部门深度参与各项指标的全面定制,设计一种基于医院数据中心的监测指标集管理系统.结果 该系统为医院管理部门提供了可视化的指标管理、报表管理、权限管理等功能模块.结论 该系统的应用明确了各项指标维护的责任边界,保证了指标的一致性、完整性、可扩展性和可复用性,为医院管理部门提供了更加灵活、准确、便捷的数据服务,同时也满足了各级卫生健康行政部门对于医院数据的持续性监测要求.
Abstract
Objective To meet the increasingly complex internal operation monitoring needs of hospitals and the external continuity monitoring requirements of health administration departments at all levels.Methods A monitoring index set management system based on the hospital data repository was designed with the deep participation of hospital management departments in the construction process of hospital monitoring index set.Results The system provided the hospital management department with visual index management,report management,authority management and other functional modules.Conclusion The application of the system clarified the responsibility boundary for the maintenance of each index,and ensured the consistency,integrity,scalability and reusability of the index.It provides flexible,accurate and convenient data service for the hospital management department,and also meets the requirements of the health administration department for continuous monitoring of hospital data.
