Design and Application of A Mobile Nursing Information System for Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy
Objective To explore the design and application effects of a mobile nursing information system for continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods Based on the CRRT management standards,CRRT work procedures,and content,a CRRT mobile nursing information system was designed and developed with six functional modules:medical order documents,nursing documents,accounting registration,workload registration,machine positioning,and CRRT database,and the system was applied in clinical practice,the execution time of medical orders,qualified rate of nursing document writing,CRRT omission rate,accuracy rate of workload statistics,accuracy rate of machine positioning,completeness rate of CRRT treatment data statistics,and satisfaction rate of medical staff before and after the application of this information system were compared.Results After the application of the CRRT mobile nursing information system,the execution time of medical orders was significantly shortened,the qualified rate of nursing document writing,accuracy of workload statistics,accuracy of machine positioning,completeness rate of CRRT treatment data statistics,and satisfaction rate of medical staff were significantly higher than before the application,and the rate of CRRT omission was significantly lower than before the application,the differences in various data comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CRRT mobile nursing information system has achieved real-time information exchange,established a CRRT treatment database,improved work efficiency,optimized management processes,and improved the satisfaction of medical staff.
