摘要
目的 打造集业务、服务和管理于一体的智慧手术平台,实现全院手术运营管理的规范化和精细化,满足医院高质量发展以及智慧医院建设的需求.方法 充分利用云计算、大数据、物联网、移动通信和人工智能等新一代信息技术,与手术医疗服务实行深度融合.结果 手术室运营效率明显提升,首台手术准点开台率提升了近13%,连台手术衔接时间和麻醉衔接时间显著缩短.结论 智慧手术平台的建设提高了医院整体的手术运营管理能力,进一步提升了患者就医体验和满意度.
Abstract
Objective To build a smart surgery platform that integrates smart surgery business,services and management,to realize the standardized and refined operation management of the hospital,and to meet the high-quality development of the hospital and the construction needs of smart hospital.Methods Make full use of the deep integration of new-generation information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things,mobile communication and artificial intelligence with surgery services to establish a smart surgery platform.Results The operating efficiency of surgery was significantly improved,the punctual opening rate of the first surgery was increased by 13%,and the connection time between consecutive operations and anesthesia was significantly shortened.Conclusion By building a smart surgery platform,the hospital's overall surgery operation and management ability has been improved,and the patient's medical experience and satisfaction have been further improved.
