摘要
目的 通过信息系统一体化融合建设,助推3家公立医院进行合并后的业务、管理融合.方法 统筹设计信息系统及网络架构,建设一体化核心业务系统,并通过集成平台实现核心业务系统和其他异构系统的数据交互,建设集成融合的临床、运营和科研数据中心,加强数据应用.结果 实现了业务层面应用模块基本统一、数据互联互通,为集团统一决策、统一管理提供有效的数据支撑.结论 以信息化融合为目的,统筹设计信息系统,推动跨院区业务协同,实现医疗、信息资源共享,为集团临床业务整合、资产管理统一、科研持续发展打下了坚实的基础.
Abstract
Objective Through the integration of information systems,the business and management integration of the three public hospitals will be promoted.Methods Coordinating the design of information systems and network architecture.Building an integrated core business system,and realize data interaction between core business systems and other heterogeneous systems through the integration platform.Building clinical data centers,operation data centers,and scientific research data centers,and strengthen data applications.Results It realizes the basic unification of application modules at the business level and data interconnection.Provide effective data support for unified decision-making and unified management of the group.Conclusion With the purpose of information integration,the overall design of the information system has promoted cross-hospital business collaboration,medical and information resource sharing,and laid a solid foundation for the group's clinical business integration,financial asset management unification,and scientific research development.
