目的 研究公立医院如何建立健全互联网医院运营管理体系,实现互联网医院服务质量的提升与精细化管理.方法 通过阐述中山一院互联网医院的运营管理情况,包括顶层设计、功能创新、组织管理、数据应用、质量评价、推广运营一系列措施,来探讨互联网医院运营管理体系的建设.结果 随着互联网医院运营管理的推进,互联网医院的业务量提升,服务质量也稳步提升,用户满意度提高.结论 成熟的运营管理体系对互联网医院的发展非常重要,其管理发力点包括立足互联网医院线上线下一体化定位,探索业务模式、绩效考核与流程的创新,融合管理软实力与创新技术硬实力,通过以评促建保障服务安全与质量.
Thinking and Practicing on the Operation Management of Internet Hospital in Public Hospitals
Objective To improve the service quality and achieve refined management of Internet hospital,to study how to establish and improve the operation and management system of the Internet Hospital in public hospitals.Methods The construction of Internet hospital operation management system was discussed by describing the operation management of Internet Hospital in Zhongshan First Hospital,including a series of measures such as top-level design,function innovation,coordination,data application,quality evaluation,and promotion operation.Results With the promotion of Internet hospital operation and management,the number of patients and service quality of Internet hospitals have improved,and customer satisfaction has increased.Conclusion A mature operation management system is very important for the development of Internet hospitals.Its management focus includes the integration of online and offline positioning of Internet hospitals,the exploration of business model,performance assessment and process innovation,the integration of management soft power and innovative technology hard power,and the promotion of service safety and quality through evaluation.
