Objective Through the construction of the message center to achieving the unified management of the hospital message push channels and unified message push of the various business systems.Methods Analyze common message types to create message templates,and building a unified message center which contains many message channels such as SMS,WeChat,Applets,and hospital information systems.Results The construction of message center realizes the unified push of multi-channel messages,improves message usage scenarios,optimizes push strategies and reduces hospital costs.Conclusion The construction of message center effectively improves the efficiency of connecting message push channels,and provides architecture support for message push of each business platform.
