目的 提高对重症患者的服务质量和管理效率,加速推进重症医学科室建设,实现重症监护的数字化转型.方法 通过充分的需求分析,结合人工智能、大数据分析及互联互通等,对原有信息系统进行重新设计.结果 实现了床旁设备联网、治疗数据的自动采集和监测,基本完成了重症监护业务流程再造.结论 通过临床数据的不断更新、数据反哺业务,实现对重症患者监护的智能化、便捷化、高效化,以数字化转型推动重症医学科高质量发展.
Abstract
Objective In order to improve the service quality and management efficiency of critical patients,accelerate the construction of intensive care medicine department and realize the digital transformation of intensive care.Methods Through sufficient demand research,combined with artificial intelligence,big data analysis and interconnection information technology,the original system was redesigned.Results The network of bedside devices was realized to automatically collect and monitor treatment data,and the intensive care business process reengineering was basically completed.Conclusion Through the continuous update of clinical data and data feeding business,the intelligent,convenient and efficient monitoring of critical patients is realized,and the high-quality development of intensive care medicine department is promoted by digital transformation.
