医用耗材大数据平台的设计与实现

目的 为提高医用耗材数据分析的效率和准确性,保证数据分析的及时性,建立医用耗材大数据平台.方法 利用数据湖技术、ETL、内存数据库技术等,部署相应的硬件设备,构建医用耗材大数据平台4层架构体系.结果 实现了数以亿计数据条目的加载及数据的随用随取,建立了各类应用模块共计16个大类、60余个细分类别.数据分析时间由传统方式的1个月缩短至1~4天,数据分析人员减少2人.结论 医用耗材大数据平台大幅提高了医用耗材数据分析效率,是医院医用耗材精细化管理的有效支持工具,具备较高的实用价值.
Design and Implementation of Big Data Platform for Medical Consumables
Objective In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis of medical consumables and ensure the timeliness of data analysis,a big data platform for medical consumables will be established.Methods Based on data lake technology,ETL technology,memory database technology,etc.,the corresponding hardware equipment is deployed to build a four-tier architecture of medical consumables big data platform.Results The platform realized the loading of hundreds of millions of data items and the on-demand use of data,established various application modules for a total of 16 categories and more than 60 subcategories.The data analysis time was shortened from one month in the traditional way to 1-4 days,and the number of data analysts was reduced by 2.Conclusion The medical consumables big data platform greatly improved the analysis efficiency of medical consumables data.It was an effective support tool for the fine management of medical consumables in hospitals and had high practical value.
