摘要
目的 为了充分发挥大型三甲口腔专科医院的学科优势,推动口腔医疗、教学等优质资源下沉,探索适宜口腔专科的远程医疗模式.方法 结合口腔专科特点,应用5G网络,构建口腔专科远程医疗协同平台(包含椅旁移动会诊车、口腔内窥镜、术野相机等设备),探索椅旁式口腔专科远程医疗的实施模式.结果 初步建立了"5G+牙椅旁式"口腔专科远程医疗平台,建立了"5G+牙椅旁式"口腔专科远程医疗模式,满足了各级口腔专科联盟和帮扶单位对口腔专科远程医疗的需求.结论 根据口腔专科特色,充分利用5G网络,探索出一种适合口腔专业学科的远程医疗模式,突破了地域限制,有助于提高各地口腔患者的就医便利性和幸福感.
Abstract
Objective In order to fully displayed the academic and professional advantages of large stomatological hospitals,promote high-quality oral medicine and teaching resources to subordinate hospitals and explore a suitable telemedicine mode for stomatological specialties.Methods Based on the characteristics of stomatological specialties,a 5G network is applied to construct a remote medical collaboration platform for dental specialties(including chair side mobile consultation vehicles,oral endoscopes,surgical field cameras,etc.),exploring the implementation mode of chair side remote medical care for dental specialties.Results A preliminary"dental chair with 5G network"platform for remote oral medical service has been established,and a"dental chair with 5G network"oral specialty remote medical service mode was built accordingly,and satisfied the needs of oral specialty remote medical alliances and assistance units at all levels.Conclusion According to the characteristics of stomatology,and by comprehensively use of 5G network,we explored a telemedicine mode suitable for stomatology,this mode also breaks through the spatial and geographical limitations between many hospitals.It has greatly improved the convenience and happiness of dental patients in various places.
