摘要
目的 以"十四五"中医药发展规划纲要为政策背景,探索我国中医新型医疗服务模式,构建跨机构的中医饮片服务数据共享交换体系,为中药饮片服务精细化管理与分析提供解决方案.方法 在"互联网+区块链+中药体系"应用模式下,以中药饮片管理联盟链为数字底座,构建市级中药饮片服务管理云平台.结果 基于区块链技术,逐步形成高质量、依规范、可溯源的中药云链,实现安全、高效的市级中药云平台建设.结论 建立基于中药云链的中药云平台有助于中药饮片服务流程体系管理,为中药饮片服务数字化建设提供有价值的模式参考和示范应用.
Abstract
Objective This study is based on the policy background of the Outline of"the 14th Five-Year Plan"for the development of traditional Chinese medicine,explores the new medical service model of traditional Chinese medicine in China,constructs a cross institutional data sharing and exchange system for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,and provides solutions for refined management and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece services.Methods Under the application mode of"Internet plus+blockchain+traditional Chinese medicine system",a municipal level cloud platform is builded for traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece service management based on the digital foundation of the Chinese medicine decoction piece management alliance chain.Results Based on blockchain technology,a high-quality,standardized,and traceable"Traditional Chinese Medicine Cloud Chain"can be gradually formed to achieve the platform construction of a safe and efficient municipal"Traditional Chinese Medicine Cloud".Conclusion Establishing the platform of"Traditional Chinese Medicine Cloud"based on the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Cloud Chain"helps to manage the service process system of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,and provides valuable model references and demonstration applications for the digital construction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece services.
