Situation and characteristic analysis of informatization construction in Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital
Objective To explore the development of informationization of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Guangxi based on the national health statistics information network direct reporting system in 2022.Methods Statistics on variables including capital investment,information infrastructure building,information system application,and informatization human resources of public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Guangxi were analyzed,stratified by the hospital level and the economic level of region.Results The overall proportion of the total investment in informatization construction in the total annual revenue is 0.5%(0.2%～1.2%).Compared to other hospitals,tertiary hospitals are superior at building information infrastructure(P<0.01).Most hospitals had established information systems(88.2%)or participated in medical alliances(85.9%).61.0%of the informationization workers have bachelor's degree or above,but only 44.7%of hospitals meet the standards for the quantity of information persons.Conclusion Public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Guangxi have established and applied information systems,but in the future,it is still necessary to solve the problems of inadequate investment in information construction,a talent shortage,imperfect business functions of the information system,and relatively weak informationization of primary hospitals,with the aim of improving the informatization level of Guangxi hospitals.
