Research on the Status Quo of Smart Management Construction in China's Medical Institutions
Objective Analyze the current situation of the construction of various smart management systems in China,and provide reference for medical and health decision-making.Methods From November 2022 to December 2022,survey questionnaires were distributed online to tertiary medical institutions in ten provinces across the eastern,central,and western regions of China.The data was analyzed using SPSS.Results A total of 1098 valid questionnaires were collected,with a 100%effective rate.The average annual investment in hospital informatization is about 2.61 million yuan,and the self-assessment and reporting rate of smart management standards is about 50%.According to roles,the construction rate of financial asset management is relatively high,at 57.27%;According to project classification,the construction rate of inventory management is the highest,reaching 95.88%.Conclusion The level of hospital smart management construction is uneven,and there are significant differences in the construction level of various smart management projects.Funding investment and information security need to be strengthened.
