Survey and Analysis of the Current Situation of Intelligent Management Construction in Tertiary Hospitals in Beijing
Objective To investigate the level of intelligent management in tertiary hospitals in Beijing.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted in tertiary hospitals in Beijing,and 75 questionnaires were collected,with a recovery rate of 64.1%.Results The average construction rate of intelligent management system was 57.9%,the highest was medical income management and drug inventory management(93.3%),the lowest was medical waste management(21.3%);The average integration rate of the 11 business systems surveyed was 33.5%;the unrecorded rate of the grade protection rating was 61%;and lack of financial support is the primary difficulty of intelligent management.Conclusion The construction of intelligent management level in tertiary hospitals in Beijing was unbalanced and needed to be improved.The level of intelligent management was positively correlated with the level of electronic medical records and intelligent service grades.The integration degree of intelligent management system and related business systems was not high.Information security needed to be strengthened.The investment in information technology and human resources were unbalanced.
