摘要
目的 以医院智慧管理分级评估标准为抓手,整体设计医院智慧后勤管理体系,驱动后勤管理、服务、运营全周期智慧化运行.方法 以建筑信息模型技术(BIM)和物联网技术(IoT)为关键核心技术,融合先进的管理方法,聚焦基本建设、能耗监管、物资管理和后勤服务4个方面,对比分析体系建设成效.结果 建立了架构明确的智慧后勤管理体系,实现医院后勤管理由经验向科学、粗放向精细、传统向智慧化的转变.结论 信息技术与先进管理方法并用,可以使医院智慧后勤建设成效显著,实现提质升级.
Abstract
Objective To design of intelligent logistics management system,with hospital smart management classification and evaluation standard system as the starting point,drive logistics management,service,operation of the whole cycle of intelligent operation.Methods Using BIM technology and IoT technology as the key core technologies with integration of advanced management methods,focus on the four aspects of capital construction,energy consumption supervision,material management and logistics services,the results of system construction were compared and analyzed.Results The establishment of a clear structure smart logistics management system realized the transformation of hospital logistics management from experience to science,from extensive to fine,from tradition to wisdom.Conclusion Information technology and management system were combined to promote the smart logistics construction to achieve remarkable results and quality upgrading.
