摘要
目的 在公立医院高质量发展及区域医疗卫生服务体系建设与发展的背景下,提升区域医疗物资信息监管能力和区域一体化管理水平.方法 基于SPD管理模式与医疗物资供应链成熟经验,兼顾区域医疗机构物资管理需求,设计适用于该背景下的区域医疗物资管理模式及平台,并通过案例分析验证该平台对于提高医院医疗物资管理水平的成效.结果 实现了全区医疗物资统一管理,释放了医院人力管理成本,提高了物资精细化管理程度;实现医院零库存,解决了医疗机构物资资金占用与管理效率低下等问题,提高了监管部门与医疗机构的信息交互效率.结论 基于SPD模式的区域医疗物资供应链综合管理平台可以有效地规划企业资源,实现医疗物资供应信息化、可追溯和线上监管,压缩物资供应链成本,提高监管能力.
Abstract
Objective To improve the effectiveness of regional material information supervision ability and regional integrated management level under the comprehensive background of high-quality development of public medical institutions and regional medical and health service system.Methods Based on the mature experience of SPD management mode and medical supplies supply chain of medical institutions,and taking into account the consumable management needs of regional medical institutions,a regional medical materials management mode and platform suitable for this background were designed,and the effectiveness of this platform in improving the management level of medical materials in hospitals was verified through case analysis.Results The unified management of commodities in the whole area was realized,the cost of human resource management was released,and the degree of fine management of materials was improved.To achieve zero inventory in hospitals,solve the problems of medical institutions in the consumption of consumable funds and low management efficiency,and improve the information interaction between regulatory authorities and medical institutions.Conclusion The regional medical materials supply chain integrated management platform based on the SPD model can effectively plan enterprise resources,realize the information,barcode,traceability and online supervision of medical materials supply,reduce the cost of material supply chain and improve the supervision ability.
