摘要
目的 构建并应用医用耗材智能管理系统,为医院医用耗材全流程管理提供信息技术支撑.方法 在统一医用耗材标识码基础上,对接供应处理配送(SPD)、企业资源规划(ERP)、医院信息系统(HIS)等系统数据,纳入公立医院绩效考核和医保支付方式改革的相关指标,构建医用耗材智能管理系统.结果 通过医用耗材智能管理系统可发现耗材计费差错,以及科室和医师异常使用耗材的问题.结论 医用耗材智能管理系统的应用实现了医用耗材的全流程管理,并可准确追溯问题源头,有效促进临床合理使用耗材,为管理者精准施策提供数据支持,降低医院运营成本.
Abstract
Objectives To construct and apply an intelligent management system for medical consumables,providing information technology support for the comprehensive management of medical consumables throughout the entire process.Methods Based on a unified identification code for medical consumables,we developed an intelligent management system,which is integrated with Supply Processing Distribution(SPD),Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP),Hospital Information System(HIS)and other information system data.Meanwhile,we integrated the relevant indicators of performance appraisal for public hospitals and reform of medical insurance payment methods into the system.Results The intelligent management system for medical consumables allows for the identification of billing errors and irregular consumption by both department and individual physicians.Conclusion The application of the intelligent management system for medical consumables has realized comprehensive management of medical consumables,and has accurately traced the source of issues.This system effectively promotes the rational use of consumables in clinical settings and reduces hospital operational costs,and provides data support for managers to implement targeted measures.
