Discussion on the Quality Control of the Homepage of Medical Records Based on DRG
Objective Analyze the case data of invasive ventilator treatment in certain hospital in recent 2 years,providing guidance and reference for promoting the quality control of medical record homepage and refined DRG management.Methods Collect and analyze the data of cases receiving invasive ventilation treatment in a certain hospital from January to December 2021 and from April 2022 to March 2023.Collect the grouping information of selected cases on different DRG platforms,and analyze the factors that affect their grouping results.Results The grouping results differ due to the compatibility of grouping schemes with operation code in different DRG platforms,and both DRG platforms have added new grouping conditions for the AH1 group.Conclusion The entry conditions of CHS-DRG are more complex than those of CN-DRG,and pre-quality control of the operation code in the medical record homepage can improve the data quality of the medical insurance fund settlement list,which is conducive to refined management.
