目的 探讨护理动态岗位管理系统在医院门诊采血岗的应用效果.方法 护理部联合院内多个部门开发护理动态岗位管理系统,对实施该系统前后的护士和患者进行问卷调查,比较系统上线前后患者就诊等待时间、护理管理调配人员时间、一次调配成功率的差别.结果 实施护理动态岗位管理系统后,患者就诊时间缩短,患者满意度提升;护理管理人员调配人力所需要时间缩短,一次调配成功率提高.结论 护理动态岗位管理系统的实施,有利于缩短患者就诊时间,提升患者就医感受,提高护理管理效率,增强护理人员职业价值感.
The Application of Nursing Dynamic Post Grabbing Management System in Optimizing Nursing Human Resource Management
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing dynamic post grabbing management system in the outpatient blood collection post of the hospital.Methods The nursing department jointly developed the nursing dynamic post grabbing management system with multiple departments,conducted a questionnaire survey and data collection on nurses and patients before and after the implementation of the system,evaluated the waiting time of patients before and after the collection system went online,the time of nursing management personnel deployment,the success rate of deployment at one time.Results After the implementation of the nursing dynamic post grabbing management system,the patient's visit time was shortened and the patient's satisfaction was improved;the time required for nursing management personnel to deploy manpower was shortened,and the one-time success rate was increased.Conclusion The implementation of the nursing dynamic post grabbing management system is conducive to shortening the time for patients to see a doctor,improving the feeling of patients,improving the efficiency of nursing management,and enhancing the professional value of nursing staff.
