摘要
目的 整合设计医院总值班闭环管理系统,助力提高总值班管理工作效能.方法 结合总值班管理工作经验,梳理总值班工作流程,运用流程图描述法展示总值班工作流程,搭建总值班闭环管理信息平台.结果 从工作衔接层面将总值班工作分为值班前管理、值班、值班后跟进三大流程,并以此完成闭环信息系统设计.系统主要功能模块包括值班管理模块、交接班模块、巡查管理模块、查询模块、统计分析模块和系统维护模块.结论 设计的总值班闭环管理系统具有良好的适用性,可以用于实际管理工作.
Abstract
Objective Integrate and design a closed-loop management system for hospital chief duty to enhance the efficiency of chief duty management.Methods Combining management experience,the chief duty workflow was streamlined.The flow chart description method was used to illustrate the chief duty workflow and designed and implemented a closed-loop information management system.Results From a work perspective,the chief duty was divided into three processes:pre-duty management,duty and post-duty follow-up.The closed-loop information system design was completed,which included the duty management module,shift handover module,patrol management module,query module,statistical analysis module,and system maintenance module.Conclusion The designed closed-loop management system for chief duties has good applicability,and it can be used in practical management work.
