摘要
目的 为减少应用系统间的重复调用与系统开销,统一服务接口与数据标准,实现医疗信息集成与互联互通.方法 搭建医疗信息集成平台,通过企业服务总线(ESB)互联互通接口服务将医院各应用系统对接到信息集成平台上.结果 应用ESB模式的医疗信息集成平台实现了系统资源共享与互联互通.以江南大学附属医院为例,顺利完成了院区搬迁、系统融合以及历史数据迁移.结论 基于ESB模式的医疗信息集成平台,在推进院区信息集成与医院信息互联互通标准化建设方面,发挥了积极作用.
Abstract
Objective In order to reduce repeated calls and overhead between application systems,unify service interfaces and data standards,and realize medical information integration and interconnection.Methods Build a medical information integration platform,and connect the application systems of the hospital to the information integration platform through the enterprise service bus(ESB)interconnection interface service.Results The medical information integration platform using the ESB model realizes system resource sharing and interconnection.Taking the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University as an example,the relocation of hospital,the system integration and the migration of historical data were successfully completed.Conclusion The medical information integration platform based on the ESB model has played an active role in promoting the standardization of hospital information integration and hospital information interconnection.
