文献计量学视角下我国公共卫生信息化研究进展
Research Progress of Public Health Informatization in China from the Perspective of Bibliometrics

摘要
目的 分析2001-2022年我国公共卫生信息化研究现状和变化趋势.方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国学术期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,运用CiteSpace软件对2001-2022年发表的公共卫生信息化相关研究进行文献计量分析.结果 纳入文献4 775篇,刊载于1 480种期刊.核心作者257位,形成了3个较大的研究团队.研究涉及401所研究机构,中国疾病预防控制中心、复旦大学和北京大学发文量位列前3位,不同地区间存在差异.关键词网络形成10个聚类,研究重点包括信息化设施建设、技术支撑,以及信息化在公共卫生领域的业务实践.结论 公共卫生信息化研究和实践应更加深入,需加强学者和团队间的跨学科交流合作,共同促进各地平衡发展.
Abstract
Objective To study the overall situation and trend of public health informatization research from 2001 to 2022.Methods Published articles in the database of CNKI,Wan Fang Med Online,VIP,CBM are included for bibliometrics analysis using CiteSpace software.Results Totally 4 775 articles are published in 1 480 journals.There are 257 core authors,forming 3 large research teams.The study involves 401 research institutions which has regional differences,the first three institutions are Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Fudan University,Peking University based on the number of articles.The keywords network has formed 10 clusters,research focuses on the construction of informatization facilities,technical support,and practice of informatization in the field of public health.Conclusion The research and practice of public health informatization should be further deepened,and interdisciplinary exchanges and cooperation should be strengthened among scholars and teams to jointly promote the balanced development of all regions.
