Investigation and Analysis on Medical Staff's Cognition of Telemedicine Service
Objective Investigate medical staff's cognition of telemedicine service,in order to improve the efficient and accurate matching between the supply and demand of telemedicine services.Methods A regional medical center partner hospital was taken as the research object,the cognition of telemedicine service was investigated by online questionnaire,and the 1 101 valid data were statistically analyzed.Results There were significant differences in professional title,position,education and post between the medical staff who participated in telemedicine service and those who did not(P<0.05).44.3%of medical staff think that telemedicine service can make patients choose to treat in local and reduce the burden of medical expense.36.6%of medical staff think that the telemedicine consultation can solve over half of the problem,40.8%of medical staff think that 30%~50%of patients choose to continue treatment in the consultation hospital.Age,position,title,administrative post,participation in telemedicine,hospital location,level,category,etc.are significant factors that affect the cognition of medical personnel on telemedicine service.Conclusion Hospitals should innovate teaching and personnel training methods,and rely on new media platforms to educate patients.Improve the construction of grassroots telemedicine platforms.Measures should be taken to improve the quality of telemedicine services.Standardize and explore the development conditions and guarantee mechanisms of telemedicine.
