The Theoretical Logic and Practical Challenges of Data Assetization
In the digital era,data is a new element of production,and data elements are the crucial foundation for developing new quality productive forces.Data resources are strategic assets for enterprises and public institutions,data assets are the core assets of future enterprises and public institutions,and data assetization is a significant driving force for enterprises and public institutions to unleash the value of data elements.This paper first effectively clarifies the core concepts involved in data assetization,then systematically interprets the theoretical and policy logic of data assetization,thereby laying the foundation for the data assetization work of enterprises and public institutions.Finally,it points out that enterprises and public institutions still face three major practical challenges in carrying out data assetization work and proposes implementation steps and suggestions for carrying out data assetization work in an orderly manner.
