Objective Enhance the quality of regional statistics,reduce the burden on grass-roots staff,improve work efficiency,and realize the automation,intelligence and visualization of regional statistics.Methods Through the platform of"Three Medical Centres in One Network",combined with modern information technology such as big data and cloud computing,a data governance system is constructed to optimize data collection and processing;data governance and quality control of regional statistics are carried out;and the intelligence and visualization of regional basic statistical analysis are realized.Results The automation of regional statistics,improvement of data quality,and data visualization are realized,and the regional intelligent data collection program is finally formed.Conclusion The successful implementation of the project not only helps to improve data quality and work efficiency,but also can provide lessons and references for digital transformation projects in other areas.
