摘要
目的 传统养老服务模式存在的问题越来越凸显,无法满足老年人对养老与急救服务的需求,为此提出基层社区基本养老建设方案.方法 根据老年人当前的需求、服务业供应的压力、信息化发展的迫切需要等问题,针对供需双方矛盾进行分析,提出养老信息化建设方案.结果 在信息化和医疗技术的支持下,在老年人对养老与急救服务需求的基础上,为解决老年人的需求,设计了居家端、医护端两大模块的智能居家养老服务平台.结论 利用基层社区基本养老信息化建设方案,解决供需双方的矛盾、资源零散等问题,提升基层社区老年人群养老与急救服务体验的舒适感.
Abstract
Objective The problems in the traditional old-age service mode are becoming more and more obvious,which can no longer meet the needs of the elderly for old-age and emergency services.Therefore,this paper puts forward the basic old-age care construction scheme in grass-roots communities.Methods Firstly,it expounds the needs of the elderly,the pressure of service industry supply,the urgent need of information development and etc.Then analyze the contradiction between supply and demand.Finally put forward the elderly information construction plan.Results With the support of information and medical technology,on the basis of the needs of the elderly for old-age care and emergency services,to address the needs of the elderly,design an intelligent home care service platform with two modules:residents and doctors.Conclusion Using the design of information construction scheme for basic old-age care in grassroots communities to solve the problems of contradiction between supply and demand and scattered resources,and improve the comfort of the basic pension and emergency service experience in grassroots communities.
