摘要
目的 改变传统医院档案管理模式,构建基于文档一体化的医院档案智慧管理平台,满足医院高质量发展要求.方法 根据文档一体化和业务信息化的发展融合,向数字化、智慧化转变,构建医院档案管理平台;提供基于电子文档的全生命周期管理功能,满足医院非结构化数据的统一采集、存储、保护、管理、使用和交换需求,并将档案收集工作前置.结果 按照医院档案管理规范,约束各个部门在日常文档管理过程中进行预归档整理,定期向档案系统归档,使档案管理业务形成"文档-实物档案信息化-档案管理合规化-知识化、智慧化管理与应用"的闭环.结论 基于文档一体化的医院档案智慧管理平台,能规范各业务档案管理,提高档案管理的"收、管、存、用"价值体现,满足医院高质量发展要求.
Abstract
Objective To change the traditional hospital archives management mode and build an intelligent hospital archives management platform based on document integration to meet the requirements of high-quality development of hospitals.Methods According to the development and integration of document integration and business information,the hospital archives management platform was constructed to transform to digitalization and intelligence.It provides the whole life cycle management function based on electronic documents to meet the needs of unified collection,storage,protection,management,use and exchange of unstructured data in hospitals,and advance the collection of archives.Results According to the hospital archives management standards,all departments were constrained to pre-file in the daily document management process and file to the archives system regularly,so that the archives management business formed a closed loop of"document-physical archives informationization-file management compliance-knowledge-based,intelligent management and application".Conclusion The intelligent management platform of hospital archives based on document integration can standardize the archives management of each business,improve the value of"collection,management,storage and use"of archives management,and meet the requirements of high-quality development of hospitals.
