Construction and Applications of Medical Appointment Platform in Smart Hospital
Objective Through the information construction,achieve the comprehensive and integrated appointment of various medical examinations for outpatients and inpatients in smart hospitals,and solve the problem of verification and sorting,so we can provide convenience for patients to make appointments,and improve work efficiency.Methods We use the theory of multi-objective dynamic programming algorithm and the shortest path of TSP operations research to build a Medical Appointment Platform based on electronic medical records,then arrange appointments of all the medical examinations on the platform.Results We have made comprehensive and unified appointments for various medical examinations such as radiology,ultrasound,and functional examination.On outpatient self-service machines,doctor stations,nurse stations and Internet Hospital APP,we provide patients with various high-quality services of medical examinations.Conclusion The optimization of the hospital's examination appointment process and the overall arrangement of multiple appointments have been completed in the construction and application of the Medical Appointment Platform which has significantly improved the quality of medical examination services.And the work efficiency and patient satisfaction are also improved.
