Data Management and Application Practice of Structured Pathology System for Malignant Tumor
Objective Based on clinical guidelines,we have developed a structured pathology system for lung and colorectal cancer. We have also improved the logic of pathology diagnostic reports and increased the reporting rate of key diagnostic indicators. Methods This study presents a pre-structured scheme for processing pathology diagnostic reports for lung and colorectal cancer. The scheme enables standardized filling, intelligent entry, and structured storage of pathology diagnostic reports by building a structured pathology system. The study also includes a retrospective analysis of the logic of pathological diagnostic reports and the reporting rate of key diagnostic indicators. Results By creating a structured pathology system for lung and colorectal cancer, the processing of pathological diagnostic reports is optimized from traditional manual entry to standardized, intelligent, and structured entry. This achieves a significant improvement in the logic of pathology diagnostic reports for both types of cancer and a 100%reporting rate of key diagnostic indexes,up from about 90%.Conclusion The proposed scheme in this study effectively enhances the efficiency of pathologists and clinicians while greatly reducing the limitations of secondary processing of text on the reuse of pathology data.
