摘要
目的 提升医院预约挂号系统业务的安全性,保障患者公平就医权益,为医院预约挂号系统业务安全建设提供思路.方法 对该院长期对抗"电子黄牛"过程中发现的各种问题及应对措施进行归纳总结,建设业务安全风控体系,探索新形势下预约挂号系统业务安全建设方向.结果 该院预约挂号系统在对抗"电子黄牛"抢占倒卖号源方面取得明显效果,异常挂号行为得到有效控制.结论 立体综合的医院互联网预约挂号技术防护体系的建设,可有效对抗"电子黄牛"倒号行为,提升挂号系统业务安全性.
Abstract
Objective To provide ideas for the business security construction of the hospital appointment registration system and play a positive role in safeguarding patients'rights and interests.Methods We have conducted an analysis and summarize of various problems encountered during our long-term battle against"electronic scalpers."We build a Business Security Risk Control System and have explored avenues for enhancing the security of the appointment registration system in response to emerging challenges.Results Through comprehensive defense practices,our hospital has achieved remarkable results on the prevention of illegal appointment reselling in countering"electronic scalpers"and effectively controlling abnormal registration behavior.Conclusion By establishing a comprehensive technical protection system,we can effectively combat the unlawful reselling of appointments by"electronic scalpers"and enhance the business security of the registration system.
